About this experience
Make steady progress with a kitesurf camp in Essaouira, from 4 to 8 days. Each camp combines 8 to 12 hours of lessons with nights in a traditional riad in the medina, a 7-minute walk from the beach, daily breakfast, all equipment and an IKO certification, and ends with a team dinner. You start on the sand with theory and kite handling, then move into the water as your control improves, in sessions of 2 to 3 hours a day. Choose group lessons (up to 3 students per instructor sharing a kite, shared rooms), semi-private coaching with your own kite and a private room, or private coaching with a private room. Surfing is included whenever you like during your stay. Suited to beginner and intermediate riders.

Important Information
Prices are per person. Group camp: up to 3 students per instructor sharing a kite, single, double or triple room. Semi-private camp: 2 students with a kite each and a private room. Private camp: 1 student and a private room. Lessons run in sessions of 2 to 3 hours a day, planned around the wind. On days without enough wind you switch to a surf or wingfoil session, stand-up paddleboarding or a cultural excursion; those days are not refunded. Extra lesson hours and extra nights can usually be added. In summer, book a few weeks ahead.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are confirmed with a deposit. Cancel 30 days or more before arrival for a full refund of the deposit (bank fees excepted); 14 to 29 days before, 50% of the deposit is refunded or the dates can be moved within the same year; under 14 days or no-show, the deposit is not refunded. No refunds for days without suitable wind or waves: alternative activities are offered instead.
