Kitesurfing Lessons in Essaouira - Group, Semi-Private & Private
About this experience
Essaouira is known as the wind city, and its main beach is where most riders take their first steps. Lessons follow four steps for beginners: kite control, body drag, water start, then transitions and riding upwind, while intermediate and advanced riders work on their next goals. Choose a group lesson (up to 4 students sharing a kite), semi-private coaching for two (one kite each) or a private lesson, in blocks of 2 to 10 hours. Beginners are advised to take the 10-hour package over 3 to 7 days, weather permitting. When the wind is better elsewhere, the school can take you to other spots around Essaouira.

Important Information
Prices are per student. Group lessons take up to 4 students sharing one kite; semi-private lessons 2 students with a kite each; private lessons 1 student. A session lasts up to 3 hours, morning or afternoon. The kitesurf season runs from mid-February to the end of December. Kitesurfing depends on the wind; no refunds for days without suitable wind. Children can start from around 12 years old. Bring swimwear, sunscreen and a towel.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. 50% charge within 24 hours. If the wind or sea is not suitable, your session moves to another time or day, or you switch to another activity.
